All merchandise returned must be in resalable condition with original packaging.

|Cash||-Cash will be given back if customer HAS the receipt up to 60 days from purchase date. Refunds over $50.00 will be refunded by corporate via mail only. Refunds over $10.00 are given by the manager only.|
|Check||-Refunds on purchases made by check are subject to a verification by the bank. The customer has the option to receive either a store credit or a check by mail. A check by mail can take up to 14 working days. No starter checks. Driver’s License and phone number required.|
|Credit Card||-Credit given back on credit card.|
|Gift Cards||-Cannot be returned for cash unless under $10.00. Some restrictions may apply if the gift card was purchased by a school.|
|Debit Cards||-Credit given back on debit card if allowed by your card. Cash can be given back if customer HAS the receipt. Refunds over$50.00 will be refunded by mail if credit is not allowed on the debit card.|
Refunds with exceptions or without a receipt.
Merchandise returned without a receipt will be given a store credit at the lowest sale price.
We require a driver’s license, phone number and manager’s approval.
Copyright laws prevent returns or exchanges on: Reproducible books, workbooks, software, DVD’s & CD’s.
Drop shipped items have to have authorization to be returned and freight is not refunded.
